Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific order to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all technical manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your package, clearly marking the RMA number.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
